
GROUP THERAPY
Since we all belong to a group of sort (e.g. at work, friends, family), group therapy is a relevant practical tool that has the potential to simulate in a safe environment, group dynamics and how you interact within a group.
I facilitate group therapy to groups, families, and adolescents to help develop healthier coping and problem solving skills that facilitate more effective interpersonal functioning. Group members work together in a supportive and non-threatening way.
I also facilitate psycho-education workshops to businesses, organisations and schools. These focus on both increasing awareness of how one’s mental health influences how one thinks, behaves and interacts in these contexts which affects rates of productivity as well as providing coping skills that improve performance.
